Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
- Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next business day.
- Please note that processing times may be delayed during peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.) or due to external factors like COVID-19 or inclement weather.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only).
International Orders
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. I Create By Skye Wolf is not responsible for these charges, and they are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Status
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
- If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@icreatebyskyewolf.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@icreatebyskyewolf.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
- We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
